Constance is a relocation specialist and has been working in the
housing industry for 14+ years. A background in Time Share Sales
and Property Management has led her to an exciting career in
real estate.
Constance recently completed the courses to
obtain her MIRM designation which is the fourth and most
prestigious designation given by the National Association of
Home Builders Institute-NAHB. The MIRM is the top-level
achievement for professionals in new home marketing. In order to
achieve this honor Constance will complete a case study that
demonstrates her understanding of all of the components taught
in the four IRM courses. The case study will be written on a new
home currently under construction with Christian Builders
in Coon Rapids, MN for one of her client's. She will outline and
describe the entire home building process from start to finish
from Nov. 1st thru April 2008. Once her thesis is complete she
will submit it to NAHB for the final grade by the board for the
designation of a MIRM.
Constance decided to obtain her MIRM designation because she
wanted to know everything about new construction. Staging,
Marketing, Advertising, understanding Plans and Budget's etc.
For Constance it was a review of her past work experiences. The
most valuable part of this experience will be writing the case
study which will help her pull together the information from all
four classes. Constance highly recommends the MIRM courses
because they give a realtor the broad understanding of what it
takes to create revenue from the ground up.
Constance is an active member of the
Builders Association of the Twin Cities including the Event
Planner for the Professional Women in Building Council, and the
Sales & Marketing Council advisory committee. She is also a
volunteer for Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity and the
Twin Cities chapter.
